Before founding Tritec, President David R. Romano was employed by Ricoh Corp. for seven years. Two years with Ricoh direct service in Manhattan, 2 1/2 years as a Senior Technical Instructor and  2 1/2 years in Research and Testing of new products. Co-owner and Vice President, Eric L. Kozma has a similar technical background. He was responsible for training Ricoh Corp. for five years as Senior Technical Instructor. He was responsible for training Ricoh dealer certified technicians in copier theory and troubleshooting techniques.
