Tritec Services and Support


    Customer Support is our number one priority.
   Your Tritec experience does not end once you have acquired one of our products. We have a wide-range of services that are designed to meet your needs, no matter how big or small. From online to onsite support, our Tritec Services team works hard to deliver results you can count on.




           Resources

    Find Device Drivers, Manuals, Specifications and Product brochures. Your product's model number can be found on the front face of the copier or on the serial number tag found on the side or back of the machine.


                               


          


         Place a Service Call


    To place a Service Call, simply fill in the information below. You will receive an automatic response notifying you that Tritec has received your request. Once the Service Call has been placed, we will notify you within one hour from the time we receive the call, to set up a convenient time to service your equipment, if your call is received during our normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. If your request comes after 5:00 p.m., we will contact you the next business day.
